Timber Ridge is a joint-venture of The Westminster Funds® and Life Care Services LLC. Built on 9.4 acres at the base of Cougar Mountain in Issaquah, WA, Timber Ridge offers residents an active, maintenance-free lifestyle in a spectacular setting. Full build-out of Timber Ridge will be completed in two phases. Phase I opened in February 2008, and consists of 184 total independent living units, under-building parking for residents and staff, a Clubhouse and a 36-bed Health Center. Phase I is 98% occupied. Based on the success of Phase I, the venture is marketing and constructing Phase II which will include a second eight-story building to consist of 145 additional independent living units and under-building parking. Phase II also will feature an auditorium, a dining room expansion, and a wellness center with an indoor pool.
